THIS IS THE LARGEST ARCO AM/PM IN THE NATION AT THIS TIME.

10 dispensers w/ gas & diesel, 10 diesel dispensers w/ satellites for large trucks.
90ft CAT Certified scale, State of the art Carwash and a
Castrol Lube and Oil change facility, 3 restaurant pads, on a total of 11 acres.

Arco AmPm - Chino, CA
Complete gut and remodel the interior to a new version of Arco, bring
 the site up to a clean and bright look with new striping and upgrade the
fueling areas to newer dispensers and signage.



Shell -  North Palm Springs, CA
Complete gut of the interior, restrooms, backrooms and remove
roof and equipment, replace with new. Remodel interioir/exterior
new walls and drywall, with stucco and paint. Seal the pavement and restripe.
